"Modules"

Photovoltaic modules are the core elements of the system in that they are directly involved in energy conversion. Each module is made up of photovoltaic cells which are interconnected and comprise “slices” of silicon treated and derived from blocks that may be of monocrystalline, polycrystalline or amorphous material. These are different in external appearance and, above all, in their efficiency. The potential of the module is expressed in Wp (peak Watts) and may vary from 80 to 300 Wp.
